Acquisition Size:                   $2.5 - 25 million

Debt Ratio:                           65% loan to value

Typical syndication size:        $1 – 10 million

Initial Target Yield:                7 – 10%

Stabilized Target Yield:         18 – 20% IRR (on a five year look back)
