Ron Bryden, Project Manager
rbryden@investwest.netRon Bryden joined the company in 2004 as a construction project manager with over 20 years of construction experience in the hospitality field with national chains. Responsibilities include property renovations, expansions and upgrades. Ron graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. He is also a licensed general contractor in the State of California.
Danny Hyde, Director of Development & Construction
dhyde@investwest.netDaniel joined the company in 2009 as a Special Projects Manager and is responsible for overseeing the development and construction of hotels and other commercial properties. Daniel previously worked for CHRH Limited where he oversaw the development of commercial buildings, apartment buildings, hotels, and site development in the greater Reno, Nevada. In addition, he supervised single family home construction, managed real estate assets, secured developmental entitlements, and raised funding for multi-family and commercial projects totaling over $100 million dollars in value. Daniel graduated from Southern Utah University where he received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Marketing and Spanish.
