Colleen has been associated with the Company since 1996. Previously, Colleen worked with a Residential Property Management Company in the Orange County area for approximately nine years. She received her Certified Property Manager designation in 1994 and holds a California Real Estate License. She has managed residential property for twenty years and commercial property for approximately nine years.

Investment Coordinator and Executive Assistant to President Matt Marquis, Heather joined the company in 2010 and supports quarterly distributions, syndication of new commercial properties, asset management, acquisitions, and property management. Heather graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology.
